Barnet Loop engagement - Dollis Valley South and Capital Ring

The Dollis Valley Greenwalk South and Capital Ring section runs between Dollis Road / B1462 and Brent Street / A502.

It follows the Dollis Brook to the south, across local parks like Windsor Open Space, Brent River Park and crosses Hendon Lane / A504. This is a semi-rural/urban segment which includes off-road park paths but also sections along residential streets via bridges and underpasses.

Paths are generally wider but still have some narrow sections and pinch points. The off-road sections are generally shared use paths for pedestrians and cyclists. The design will consider how to mitigate the impacts of high traffic speeds and volume where the route crosses the Dollis Brook viaduct on Dollis Road.
