Have your say on the redevelopment of Watling Avenue Car Park in Burnt Oak
Background
We are working in partnership with Linkcity, who in February 2023 signed an agreement with the council, to help redevelop Watling Avenue Car Park. The redevelopment aims to revitalise the town centre which will include new homes, both private and affordable, alongside commercial and community facilities in the heart of Burnt Oak Town Centre.
The scheme will also incorporate a new park for everyone to enjoy, along the Silk Stream, retaining the existing trees and planting new ones. The area will benefit from improved pedestrian and cycle links though the site, connecting Burnt Oak to Edgware.
Linkcity first sought residents views on their initial proposals last autumn and you can find out more about how they used your feedback in the first phase of engagement.
Linkcity would now like your final thoughts on their proposals for redeveloping the site that have been enhanced based on your feedback during the first phase of engagement.
