Violence against women and girls (VAWG) refers to harmful actions that mostly target women and girls, usually carried out by men. This includes crimes like rape, stalking, domestic abuse, and revenge porn, among others.
To support this, we have been running some resident workshops to hear from men who live, work, or study in Barnet to help shape a Charter for Men and Boys, outlining actions they can take to help end violence against women and girls.
What we are seeking your views on
We want to give the wider community an opportunity to share their thoughts on the Charter.
We welcome feedback from everyone - men and women from all backgrounds, including residents, businesses, visitors, and students in the borough. Your views matter to us!
How to take part
We invite you to share your views and contribute to the Charter by completing a short online questionnaire which will only take just 5-10 minutes of your time .
Please note the content of the questionnaire includes topics that may be difficult for some people to confront or discuss. If you or someone you know is at risk of violence, there is support available at, barnet.gov.uk/domestic-abuse
