The London Borough of Barnet is making improvements to our customer experience. The team would like your input to understand what makes a great customer experience.
We're running a workshop with Barnet residents on Tuesday 24 September from 18:30 to 20:30 hours. This is to get a better idea of how you’re using the Barnet Council’s services. We’ll be asking you about your experiences and needs during the session.We are contacting you as you may have previously registered your interest to take part in resident feedback sessions.
The session will last no longer than 2 hours, will be delivered in our offices in Colindale, and you will be compensated for your time.
Selected participants will receive a £20 high street voucher. Refreshments will be provided.
