We will be working with Fusion Group to bring a second student building to Brent Cross Town, with Plot 43b set to provide 658 high-quality, purpose-built student rooms (including accessible accommodation), dining halls, cafes, study rooms, indoor and outdoor communal spaces, a fitness and wellness space and almost 500 cycle spaces. Fusion Group is a family-owned business that aims to redefine the student accommodation sector in a positive way. Founded in 2013, Fusion is one of the UK’s leading residential and student housing developers and operators.

We will also be making transport improvements in the same area including adding three new roads, moving the temporary taxi rank and bus stand to their final positions and adding ten new motorcycle stands. These developments will complement the facilities provided as part of the interim proposals, including the bus stops adjacent to Brent Cross West station, 100 cycle stands, disabled parking bays and motorcycle parking.
