InspirationALL Events Happening for International Women's Day
IWD (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
The theme for this year is ‘Inspire Inclusion’ and the campaign aims to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women. Barnet Council will be working with residents and communities to celebrate IWD 2024 across the borough.
If you would like to nominate a Women or girl for an IWD award you do this through our nominations page.
This page will list the events funded by the Council to celebrate IWD and it will be updated regularly. We would also like to publicise other local IWD events so get in touch if you have an event that you would like to add.
