The Local Government Boundary Commission (LGBCE) for England are about to start an electoral review of the London Borough of Barnet. The review will draw new council ward boundaries across Barnet to make sure each councillor represents an equal number of voters.

Local people know their area best. That’s why, when the review starts, we will be asking local residents to give their views on a range of issues to help shape the review. The Commission wants to hear from local people and organisations on:

  • Where ward boundaries should be?
  • Which areas you identify as your local community?
  • Where do people in your area go to access local facilities such as shops and leisure activities?

Where do you draw the line?

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England would like to invite you to a briefing on Thursday 20 September, 7-8pm where you can find out more about the review and how you can get involved in the public consultation which will launch on Tuesday 25 September 2018.

Please book your place for the LGBCE briefing visit the event page on Eventbrite.

Each local organisation is invited to send a maximum of two representatives.
