Light Up Barnet with Barnet Multi-Faith Forum
5-6pm on Thursday 17 December

The Barnet Multi-Faith Forum are encouraging people of all faiths and none to ‘Light Up Barnet’ by placing a light of hope in the window between 5-6pm on Thursday 17 December (the final day of Chunakah and final week of the Advent). Visit Light Up Barnet for more details.

Menorah Lighting, Chabad Hendon

Chanukah is the Jewish eight-day, winter ‘Festival of Lights’, celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting, special prayers and fried foods. Online Multi-Faith Chanukah Celebration
6.15-7.15pm Thursday 17 December

The Liberal Jewish Synagogue’s Chanukkah activities will culminate in a virtual multi-faith Chanukkah celebration with speakers The Most Reverend Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Mohamed Keshavjee and Rabbi Sybil Sheridan. All are welcome to join this very special celebration on the eighth night of Chanukkah which will include a virtual tour of the Liberal Jewish Synagogue.
