A summer to remember

The Discover Barnet Presents Summer Festival 2021 welcomed over 10,000 people to 20 days of summer fun in our parks and town centres, and partnered with over 100 local people, organisations and businesses to deliver it all. From an open air screen in Victoria Park, Finchley, to walkabout performances in Golders Green, Burnt Oak and West Hendon, and free-to-attend community carnivals in North Finchley and Edgware, come rain or shine each weekend we saw our communities come together to celebrate everything that makes Barnet a great place to live.

July to September 2021

Discover Barnet Presents is bringing a summer to Barnet like no other - and everyone is invited!

The summer festival’s packed programme features open air cinema and major sports screenings, community carnivals, live music, artisan food markets, open air theatre, street performers, and activities for the whole family. The majority of the programme's events and activities are free to attend.

Discover Barnet Presents encourages the safe return to our town centres, high streets, parks and open spaces. Everyone is invited to come together safely and celebrate local talent, local businesses, local communities and everything that makes Barnet a great place to live.

Let’s celebrate summer safely
