Residents' Perception Survey

Overview

In February 2011 the council and its partners conducted a Residents’ Perception Survey with over 2000 residents from across the borough. The survey asked residents for their views on local services and various aspects of life in their local area.

The survey was conducted on behalf of the council and its partners by SMSR, an independent market research company. The sample was selected to ensure a cross section of Barnet's population was represented.

The findings from this research are being used to look at how well Barnet Council and its partners are doing in delivering the services that matter to you and where improvements can be made  in the future.
